Cancellation policy

Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by one of the following ways of contact by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Consequences of the cancellation

If you withdraw from this Agreement, we will have you all the payments we have received from you, including shipping costs (except partial cancellations and additional costs arising from your choosing a different delivery method than the one we offer) Standard delivery), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your cancellation of this contract has been received by us. to be returned or handed over. Please note for returning the goods our instructions in point 9. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. We bear the cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Hints for the return of goods

In case of cancellation we will provide you with a free return. Please note the following information for the return, which makes our handling easier:

Use the original packaging to return the goods.
Request a return slip by phone at 0043 664 21 30 580 (free from Austria) or via our contact form at www.swiss-cream.net/contact.

Fill out the return slip and stick it on the package.

Send the package to the following address:

We confirm receipt of the return by e-mail.

Cancellation

You have the option to cancel your order. Cancellation is possible until the time the order is transmitted to our logistics. Upon receipt of the shipping confirmation by e-mail, cancellation is no longer possible. Your right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
