Shipping and payment options

Shipping

Austria
For deliveries within Austria we charge a shipping fee of 10,00 €. Shipping is free if you order for more than 200,00 €.

Germany
For deliveries to Germany we charge a shipping fee of 18,00 €. Shipping is free if you order for more than 200,00 €.

Note
Maximum order value is a delivery amount of less than 20 pieces. For deliveries over 20 pieces we will make you an individual offer.

Shipping time

Our delivery time within Austria is about 3 business days. Unfortunately deliveries to Germany need a little longer – within 5 working days your package should arrive.

Payment options

Direct bank transfer
Transfer directly to our bank account. Please use the order number as intended purpose. The order will be shipped only after we have received the amount of money on our account.

Credit card
When paying with credit card, your card will be charged immediately after your purchase with the respective order amount. The credit card details are collected directly from the payment service provider and thus not stored from us.

The following credit cards are accepted:

Paypal
You can pay conveniently and securely with your Paypal account. If you do not have an account, you can also pay with your credit card via Paypal.

Sofort
This requires an online banking account as well as your bank details and TANs to complete the payment.
